We appreciate to hear only from genuine buyers who are actually ready to do a deal and can proceed as per the industry standard procedures eg: LOI and bcl in first before a deal is even considered - there will no no POP or bl given before the procedures are met.

We welcome reasonable target prices if in line with current world sugar market prices.

We are well aware of fake suppliers out there stating very low and unrealistic pricing which just isn't true and they can not deliver on.

Procedures:

1. Buyer submits fresh letter of intent (loi) and bank comfort letter (bcl). Note: Our supplier has no interest to know what your bank balance is. They just need assurance from your bank stating officially you have the financial capacity to do the deal.

2. Seller will provide the firm corporate offer (fco) and non circumvention non disclosure agreement (ncnda). Buyer then signs, stamps and returns the fco and ncnda.

3. The seller verifies the financial capability, and then sends draft contract with full terms by email or fax.

4. Draft contract is reveiwed then signed and returned by email or fax.

5. After these initial steps. Then the hard copies of the contract are exchanged by email and courier and the proof of funds (pof) and proof of product (pop) are verified through each side's respective banks.

6. Buyer's and seller's bank will issue document of payment and performance insurance/guarantee as established in contract.

7. Shipments will commence according to contract, and the quantity is shipped to buyer's indicated destination port.

Note: Strict procedures are in place. Any conduct out of procedure could be rejected. We work only with fresh LOI + bcl or LOI with authorization for soft probe.
